SAIDI Calculation Control Screen - SAIFI
The figure shows the main part of the operations control screen related to SAIDI-SAIFI calculations.
SAIDI-SAIFI Reports Generation
The three buttons Yesterday, Weekly and Monthly Repors allow you to choose a date range for report generation and for viewing cases in the same period.
When pressed they make appear in the field below the start and end dates, currently considered for other operations on the screen. Dates are generated considering the current date (today).
For the week, it is considered the week that ended yesterday.
For the monthly interval is considered the previous month.
Generate
This button when pressed, after selecting date range, triggers the CALCULATION of SAIDI and SAIFI (by calling the procedure CalculateFeeders), with the range type and date range, chosen and shown in the range field. The report is generated in the project directory and can be seen by pressing the Gig Last Report, report. (See the following item for explanations about the report.)
Get last Occurrencies from Alarms
In this frame there are two buttons:
Get Occurencies
By pressing this button is made call to the method of transferring records of occurrences of feeder openings, from the table Alarms for the table Occurencies, considering as a break the date of the day two hours ago. Normally, instead of doing this operation manually, you should create a task to automatically call this method between 0:00 am and 1:00 am (AM) daily.
Show Occurencies
Pressing this button is made call to the GetOccurencies method, with the date range currently shown in the Reports Generation frame, and the result obtained is the set of occurrence records existing in this date range, which will be shown in the Grid in the right part of the screen.
In this grid, the Planned and Comments columns are editable and can be changed by the user to indicate whether the case is planned or not and to enter a comment about the occurrence. To save, you need to enter the Enter after typing and keeping the changed line selected, press the Save Changes , at the bottom right of the screen.
Configuration
Edit Configuration - This button is used to call the presentation screen and listing of the Feeders in the installation. It also serves to change the number of consumers in each of the feeders. See the following explanation on this screen.
Last task results
This is a frame with a progress bar to track the operations requested in the frames described above. There is also a place to display messages that indicate success or problems in these operations.
Feeders Screen
The following figure shows the window used to show the set of feeders considered for SAIDI and SAIFI calculations. The main objective is to show and allow the change in the number of consumers for each of the feeders. The following description of the function of the buttons.
Create Feeders
The button performs the complete creation of the Feeders table. Initially, the delete operation of all records in the table is performed. The following searches all tags in the Objects table using the Objects UpdateFeeders class SAIDI_SAIFI, described in item 2. In this re-creation the consumer data is lost and restarted to an initial default value.
Load feeders
The button reads all records in the table Feeders, and the filling of the existing grid in the window. The column Consumers of this grid is editable. You can then change consumer values at any time.
Save
It serves to save in the database the new values, when changed, of the number of consumers served by each of the feeders listed in the table.
SAIDI and SAIFI report
The Report generated by the CalculateFeeders () method, obtained by the Generate Report button, includes two parts, the first that shows the calculated values for the individual SAIDI and SAIFI indicators for each feeder. The second part presents the indicators, considered the feeders aggregated by the upper levels where they are located, such as substations, cities and states.
This figure shows the first part. For each feeder in which there was some occurrence of opening, the occurrence records and the summation of the same are shown, in the interval, in time (SAIDI) and in frequency (SAIFI). The minute unit is being used to present the times.
The second part is shown in the next figure. Indicators with the aggregate values for each level included in the Assets (Levels).
